Kikat77 services are provided "as is" without any guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions. Nevertheless, kikat77 is committed to maintaining platform availability at 99.95% or higher.

Any dispute between a member and kikat77 should first be resolved through our customer support channel. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties involved may refer to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by kikat77. Details of the relevant body will be provided upon request.

In all matters relating to these terms, kikat77's decision is final unless the dispute is referred to a recognised independent dispute resolution body.
